Concept Design
We will sit down with you to discuss your overall vision and budget. We’ll find out your priorities for your home and ensure you can truly live there. We’ll review the general design of your home, including any energy conservation strategies that you would like to integrate into your home. At this point, we make sure that your home location works well for your lifestyle.
Architectural Design
We will help you choose an Architect and Interior Designer for your home and help develop plans according to your wants and needs. Cascade will help in selecting building styles and materials and finishing to put your home together. If you already have your home designed, we will go over the plans together to ensure we understand your vision of your new home.
Pre-Construction
After your design is complete, it is time for a final budget and schedule. You’ll have a chance to review costs and reconsider your priorities if necessary. This is the “measure twice — cut once” part of the process.
Construction & Warranty
We will handle all necessary permits, prepare the site, and coordinate services for a solid foundation. Swift progress will be made from framing to lock-out, safeguarding against harsh Canadian winters. Interior selections will be completed, and then plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical installations will be done with energy efficiency in mind. Interior finishes such as baseboards, trim, paint, cabinets, etc., will bring the home together. After completion, we'll guide you through the home, offering a tutorial on operating its systems, and provide warranties for peace of mind.
