  • Timelines vary based on the complexity of your home, but from initial design to move-in, most custom new build projects take 12–18 months. We’ll give you a clear schedule upfront and keep you updated at every stage.

  • The ‘cost per square foot’ rule doesn’t really apply to custom luxury homes, since every build is unique. Instead, we work with you early on to set a realistic budget. Our pricing is fully transparent, so you’ll always know where your money is going—and where you can choose to save or splurge.

  • A Fixed Price contract locks in your total cost, with changes only if you adjust the scope or selections.

    A Cost Plus contract charges actual material and labor costs plus a builder’s fee — offering more flexibility, but less price certainty.

  • Not at all! We will happily work with your preferred designer or architect, or can connect you with one of our trusted partners to create a design from scratch. At Cascade we are a one stop shop - from beginning to end.

  • We only work with trusted trades and suppliers, and inspect each stage of the build for quality. You’re also invited to monthly site walk-throughs, so you can see your homes progress firsthand and avoid any surprises at the end.
